These kids must be taking a wet break from sprinkler play. 🙂 My sister and I played in the oscillating sprinkler when we were kids and my kids did the same on my lawn in our first house. I don’t remember eating Popsicles or siting in chairs under the sprinkler. We and they did run through it over and over again,

I think they are still getting wet. I can see drops on the outside away from the sprinkler.
We also played by running and jumping over the sprinkler. I also don’t remember eating popsicles while under the sprinkler.
