Golly Gosh something special from “Heartfood” and Judee
Her life was shrouded in mystery and her death was similarly oblique. She recorded just two albums “Judee Sill” and “Heartfood” with a combined running time of just over 70 minutes. Since that time there have been various compilations, outtakes etc. There “was” a mysterious third album “Tulips from Amsterdam” which existed in name only and hoped for by the faithful that included yours truly,
She was the first artist signed by Geffen, fell out with him and never recorded again
Super Duper Pick today Kat

Mark,
I was so sorry when she died. It was far too soon, but her life seemed to leave few choices.

MDH,
Her voice is spectacular. We were robbed of so much more music.
She never had the adulation she deserved. I have one album, and I cherish it.
Thanks!!

Reading about her and her short life, I realize what a gift we missed. Thank you for sharing Kat.

splendid,
It is so sad that she was so young when she died. Her voice is her legacy but I wish we had more.
