Accidental seems even a bit sadder, and I guess there is some consolation that he didn’t OD on purpose.

Several celebs have died from prescription ODs. I don’t know, but maybe docs are more apt to give them more because of their fame status. Unfortunate, Petty was talented.

I think you may be right in that celebs get what they want or maybe they go to different docs who don’t know that he is being treated elsewhere as well. Yes, even sadder, he was talented.
