    It wasn’t easy to get the soundtrack here, vinyl pre-internet times, so I recorded her songs when I saw the movie on TV. I like the movie (and of course Joan Baez) but I think it was wrong to choose her to sing. I don’t know how to describe it, her songs weren’t really part of the movie but just additional Baez intermissions.

      Birgit,
      I have seen the movie, but I didn’t remember Joan Baez singing on the soundtrack. When I was hunting for music today, I found this on YouTube and was surprised. It didn’t seem to fit the film.
