Thanks for the reminder… I’d completely forgotten I actually saw The Shangri-Las in concert Way. Back. When. Well, they didn’t do a full “concert,” but they were part of the Dick Clark Caravan of Stars — a touring show much like the Playtone Records tour in “That Thing You Do!”

I wasn’t looking for The Shangri-Las but was looking for ocean songs. This popped up. I listened and decided it was a great Shangri-La song so post it I did.
