    Funny video. Nice old Paris clips before car traffic took over city life and badly acting bored musicians partly out of sync.

      I thought the angle on the video was a bit strange. I went back and looked at it again after reading your comment. I hadn’t noticed it before. Near the Arc is definitely sparse traffic.
