minicapt,
I didn’t know Greer Garson had been Auntie Mame. I have seen the play, and I love the movie.

Greer Garson lived out her life as a resident of Dallas. Her oilman husband Buddy Fogelson donated the money for the Fogelson Forum in Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. The facility has bust of Greer Garson in the lobby. She passed away in a hospital suite in the hospital’s Margot Perot wing. Margot Perot is the wife of Dallas computer billionaire and former presidental candidate Ross Perot.

Thanks, Bob
I do like her movies, but I didn’t know a thing about her.
How nice to be rich enough to be able to donate a whole wing of a hospital.
