      minicapt,

Lydia is a lovely old name I don’t hear often. Yell is a great name for the dog unless the reverse is true!

      Gnu,
I don’t know her, but I enjoyed this video. It was fun to watch and the colors are wonderful.

      Gnu,
Another great to watch video. The scenery is beautiful. They are wearing the best outfits.

Now I know who Lindsey Stirling is. It was her violin.

      Gnu,
I do not know 38 Special. This is the first song of theirs I have ever heard.

Gnu knows southern rockers. And those Van Zant boys know a little about it too

        Spaceman,
Gnu, like you, introduces me to new music.

      • Spaceman Says:

Two of Donnie Van Zant (38 Special) brothers played for Lynyrd Skynyrd. 38 Special was pretty much mainstream radio stuff –
pretty smooth tunes and quite listenable. On the other hand, Lynyrd Skynyrd is your basic unapologetic hard core Southern rock.

        Spaceman,
This is a really good song from a group I am now happily meeting.

    • Spaceman Says:

Sound like an thematic opening for some Skynyrd. And in my book, it’s always a good time for Lynyrd Skynyrd – one of my very favoritist (southern colloquial) bands. If you don’t know, a saturday night special is a cheap handgun often times a 38 special caliber revolver.

        Spaceman,
I am a detective show junkie so I know Saturday night special. I also know Lynyrd Skynyrd though not this song.

      Gnu,
The afternoon wasn’t complete without watching Bandstand. The teens, the dancers, were all so nicely dressed, Sunday clothes.

I’m thinking this ad is a good one to catch interest.

      Gnu,
My mother watched Merv every afternoon. There is that ashtray with a lit cigarette on his desk.

Andy is like Raj on The Big Bang Theory.

      Gnu,
I love Bette Davis. She deserved a long, long standing ovation. That was funny-her opening words.
