This doesn’t appear to be part of today’s music theme, but it’s the first thing I thought of when I read your post. Such a good song doesn’t really need a reason to be played, however. Just the chance to hear it again it is reason enough.

im6,
It is always a good time to play Cat Stevens. Just pick one, any song.
I figure the picture jumped started you to this song.

The photo didn’t hurt 🙂
Nice to see your Richard Thompson post. I’m partial to the stuff he did with his ex-wife, Linda, particularly “Shoot Out The Lights” and “Did She Jump Or Was She Pushed?.” But this song has excellent visuals in the video so I’m sharing it instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GcFhyy2kgdo

im6,
I too am a fan of the Linda, Richard music, and I like them each individually as well though I know more Richard then Linda music.
I listened to this song a couple of times. It was good to hear Richard Thompson again.

minicapt,
I agree that kids today are missing out on all the fun we had growing up and playing outside together. We played games like hopscotch, kickball, red light, and red rover. We hated going inside when the street lights came on.
