    Marvin was in turmoil, Tammi Terrell had died, he was fighting Motown, and trying to play football with the Lions. Into Studio A he went with the funk brothers to produce a masterpiece of frustration and reflection.

      I also love this song, and I love his voice. I was horrified when his father killed him. What an angry man his father must have been.
