minicapt,
I know it is made in Lynn so we get to claim it as our own.
Years back Fluff was not available in Colorado. My nephew came to visit and tasted it for the first time. I think he had it every day after that. I used to send them jars of it. Now it is sold there so my niece’s two boys love it and often have a sandwich for lunch.

minicapt,
I haven’t ever heard of birch syrup or bannocks. By the pictures and descriptions, the syrup is made the same way maple syrup is. Now I wonder what it tastes like.
Sugar shack was a great choice for a song.

Birch syrup tastes like maple syrup, but completely different.
