    Oh my goodness! I’ve been saving this song for forever hoping you’d one day do a birds theme day. No luck, but then I saw this Frankie Avalon song and I thought, “Close enough reason.”

    I’ve recently been going through hundreds and hundreds of unclassified songs on my external hard drive. This song is one of the ones that stopped me dead in my tracks. It has what are possibly the worst lyrics of any song ever written. It makes me cringe, but cringe with delight. Try not to groan too loudly — you don’t want to miss a single stupid word.

      I am assuming he is in love with a bird which doesn’t happen to be of the same ilk as ones he has already dated. He did say he would build a nest.

      The songwriter must have been taught that lyrics have to rhyme.

      I found this a bit creepy with him and the birds.
