minicapt,
Each link has a different date. One is 1911 and the other is 1915. A comment below the 1911 says it was actually 1912. It really doesn’t matter. I’m thinking nly the ice matters.

Before the advent of refrigerators people relied on their ice box and the ice man who brought them the ice. Today we take a lot of modern convinces for granted these days.

Bob,
My mother told us about the ice man who came with a horse drawn wagon when she was young, but then they got an electric fridge with that motor on the top.
Given what we have today will become obsolete. They’ll be saying the same thing about their modern conveniences.

You choose videos I’m glad to hear and save. I’ve liked Jackson Browne since the beginning.
Many thanks!!
