I know you like Joni Mitchell. There’s a performance of “Summertime” from late in her career, recorded at the “A Day In The Garden” Festival on August 15th, 1998 in Bethel, NY.
Search Youtube for “Joni Mitchell – Summertime”. I think you’ll enjoy her and the band’s rendition (right down to the filter cigarette!)

Classic and still one of the best versions around. Sometimes it just hurts when this great Gershwin song is used for cheesy easy listening music.
