minicapt,
I have lived the second picture. You can see a round hut off in the distance and the rain is dripping from the roof rim. I could be standing there watching the storm. I couldn’t teach when it rained. The school had tin roofs so the rain became a pounding sound which only a scream could penetrate so we did reading or essays when it rained.
I so love both of the pictures!

Great choice, Gnu
This has always been one of my favorites.

Gnu,
At first I didn’t remember this then I heard, “So Glad we made it,” and I remembered them right away. I haven’t heard this song in ages. Thanks

Gnu,
Over the years I have come to like The Kinks more and more. On Coffee, they appear often.

Gnu,
I had forgotten about The Yardbirds. I think this is probably the one song I remember.

Gnu,
I remember watching Shindig. I loved Herman’s Hermits, had a few records. I sang along with all their songs when I heard them on the radio.
