Kat, none of the music links activate for me. When I click the triangle, it blinks, then does nothing. I’m using Chromium as my browser, and the machine is a Mac G5 / OS X ‘Snow Leopard’ … funny thing is, it does fine at other sites when I click to play.
Richard,
This is unusual as I seldom have complaints about the slides not working. Maybe try another browser to see if it will work there. You can always download, listen and keep or delete based on what you’ve heard. The link is the comment.
Well, dang. I thought all was solved, but yea and forsooth, I yam verily vexed and confused, having clicked the ‘Comment’ and selected ‘Download linked file’ multiple times. Imagine my Yamazement upon finding Ye Olde .HTML file on the desktop instead of the Tasty .MP3 for which I earnestly hoped. In a Quest For The File, I hastily deployed several Attack Browsers and mounted multiple Assaults upon the ‘Comment,’ but yea and verily, it availed me not.
Now, cuttin’ thru the ‘Fancy-Speak,’ I can say that only one of the browsers offered the ‘Download Linked File’ option when clicked. Each of the remaining three browsers offered only ‘Download Link’, which generates only the .html d/l … and so begins my long dusty trek back to the Home Of The Blues. I’m certain it works, but it’s not working yet for me … maybe it’s because I don’t know the airspeed of a European swallow … ?
Richard,
I wonder what you have done that has caused you to be cursed by the computer gods.
I am using Safari as I have a Mac. I clicked the download link and lo and behold I was brought to the magical download page. I clicked download, checked my folder and there it was, an MP3 in all its glory. I could open, share or download for real.
It has to be your browser playing nasty tricks on you or, as I said, one of the computer gods has you in its sights.
Richard, are you clicking through the link in the comment to Dropbox, rather than right-clicking on the link in the comment itself? I think that might be where things are going awry for you. There are additional options at Dropbox itself.

Okay … it works using ‘Epic’ as my browser. How does one go about downloading selections? I’ve never been able to find a link to do that.

Richard,
The comment is where the download is for each entry.

Ricard,
I hide it there in case a bot wants to find me posting.
