    Saw an article today that said Mellencamp hates “Jack & Diane”, but has a philosophical attitude – it made him SO much money, he could live the rest of his life as he chooses, so he’s OK being a prisoner of performing that despised tune every time he gives a concert.

      I must have felt his bad vibes when I chose to post this.

      It is kind of disappointing he still opts to play this for the money. What about his artistic integrity? Okay, I know, Money trumps everything!!
