The nuns were immaculate and maintained high educational standards, they even refused to pass gas.

I had the Sisters of St. Joseph in high school. They taught in several schools in the Boston area. St. Joseph’s Academy was one as was Fontbonne Academy, both close to where I lived.
This was an amazing story. I had no idea they taught in Hawaii. I didn’t even know their order started in St. Louis. Thanks so much for this story.
