Yum!
Old smelling cheese (preferably overripe goat soft cheese) on fresh wholegrain bread or in mushroom cream sauce on pasta or with spinache or… I’m hungy now!!!

Birgit,
I’m with you on the goat cheese but no mushroom sauce with spinach. I’m not thrilled with smelly cheese either, but I do love cheese.
I went to two cheese shops today, but both were closed. I managed to find some good cheese but I wanted a cheese I had bought at one shop, but I don’t remember the name of the cheese. They would I hope.

My Dear Hedley,
I so love Monty Python. I watched it every afternoon when Channel WGBH, our PBS, started showing it for the first time. I became addicted. Thank you for being an enabler!

“Don’t bring Brie?”
What if she takes a shower first? And clean clothes?
Cheers

minicapt,
Poor Brie! It is no wonder she hides in her shell.
