What an interesting selection. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the words “Saint Motel.” Surely it couldn’t be that group out of L.A. I recently found out about because someone on a Poi Dog Pondering message recommended them? It was and it is, but I never have understood the connection between the two bands. At any rate, I commend you on your diversity. Here’s a cut from their album “Voyeur,” which, I guess, is supposed to be some sort of Michael Jackson tribute (once again, the connection is lost on me). I’ll just say, if you’re a fan of the Difford & Tilbrook band, Squeeze, you might want to explore more of their music.

im6,
I really like their sound. The something different about it attracts my ears. I also think the lead singer has an excellent voice. The lyrics to this song are interesting. I love his opening description.
The kid dancing is one twin on Blackish, a program which makes me laugh. The wife who is a doctor has the nickname Bow as her “hippie parents” named her rainbow. They are interracial which gives Bow’s husband a few lines. In real life she is Diana Ross’ daughter.
I live to surprise you!!
