Spaceman,
Thanks!! I’m not sure in what genre I’d put this, but I love it.
Bet you’re surprised I am a zydeco fan!!

In New Orleans for Mardi Gras, some blacks assemble in various “Indian Tribes”. The dress is obviously splendid. There is some historical basis to the the custom. This music is Caribbean/Cajun/New Orleans something or other.
Well ya, I would not have guessed you being a zydeco fan. Of course, most all Cajun and later Zydeco originally begats from your frog neighbors to the north. So Katry, can you do the 2-step?

Spaceman,
I knew the roots of the music are partly, mainly perhaps, from the Caribbean, but the sound created with so many influences is different, a sound all its own. I like the rhythm of the music.
Nope, I can’t 2-step. I am a horrible dancer.
