Four songs today, – must be a holiday 🙂
Dylan is worth a holiday. Belated best wishes and may he never retire.
Thanks to the internet I recently found a recording of the only Dylan concert I ever saw decades ago. Big stadium and Baez, Santana and a popular local band as support acts, no Baez-Dylan duet though. In retrospect it was a pretty ordinary Dylan concert but it was special for me and it was fun to listen to this concert again and revive memories. I was 19 back then and just had my first car. Where has the time gone?

      Bigit,
I figured Dylan’s birthday is a holiday so I had to post at least 4 songs, four I listened to in my car on cassettes. I sang along with every song.

How neat to have seen Dylan. His duet with Joan was, I think, at Newport.

I doubt any concern with Dylan can be called ordinary.

Birgit, I am guessing it was the 84 tour in Hamburg ?? Is that you dancing at the beginning ?

        MDH,
This comment rose from the ashes of spam.

Was it Hamburg ? Was it you dancing at the beginning ?

        My Dear Hedley,
Sorry, I found this in spam. It solves the mystery of what was happening to your comments.

Hedley, right tour – wrong hippie 🙂 It was Cologne, ~2 weeks later and unfortunately not on YouTube. All concerts before Cologne with Dylan-Baez duets, no duets in Cologne and later, they obviously ignored each other. Something must have happened in between.

        Dylan revisited…
Hedley, a Dylan 1988-07-17 Rochester Hills MI concert recording was uploaded by sugarmegs today. Nice playlist, I’m just listening. Where you there?

      greg,
I totally understand why you’d want one-your sister is quite clever!

      • greg's avatar greg Says:

she is quite clever,,,but the idea came from the customer! we did
several for her over time and they were all wonderful.

        greg,
I am quick at some things but doubt I’d be as clever as this is and the others probably were.
