I love the music of Nick Drake. Well, who doesn’t.
Two weeks ago I saw a concert “Requiem for a Pink Moon – An Elizabethan Tribute to Nick Drake”. The combination of Drake songs and old music was quite interesting and I liked the result.

Birgit,
It is interesting and likeable, a different sound of something you think you know. I was wondering what the little guy was going to do then he got up and sang with a lovely voice.
I think most music can be adapted to that same sound.

Oohhh, Nick Drake…I have been flirting with “Tuckbox” which contains 5 CDs which is pretty much all his known work. His sister Gabrielle was quite an actress and I think is involved in protecting his legacy
Super cool pick Kat, thanks

Thank you, my dear Hedley!
I, for whatever reason, haven’t played Nick’s music in a long while here so it was well beyond due. It is always a wonder to me that his success was greater after his death. I suppose that is not uncommon.
I looked up his sister and realized I knew her from UFO.
