If you’re interested, her new album is just featured on this week’s NPR First Listen:

Unfortunately I can’t listen, it’s not available in my region. The new Buena Vista Social Club album is unblocked yet but I’m to tired to listen now.

Birgit,
Thanks as I’d like to hear more of her music.
I am in bed with my iPad and the wind is howling outside. It got really cold and it snowed an inch or two. I’d scream but no one would hear me.

I like this. It’s like a folky Lana Del Rey

lana fan,
I liked it on first hearing. She reminded me of someone, but I can’t quite grab on to the singer. Maybe Lana Del Rey. I’l have to listen again to her.
