   I have been unable to download from box downloader for about a week. happens in both safari and chrome. Nothing happens when I click on the links.

     Paul,
     I’ll check it out now and see if I can fix it.

     I don’t know what to tell you. When I followed the link, I was able to download each song on Safari. The black background page has the arrow in the right corner which worked each time for me on all of the songs. When you follow the link, what page does it take you to?

       Responding to our email correspondence about this. I tried again and I’m still having the same problem. The songs play, but if I try to download, I can see the message, “waiting for app.box.com…” This happens in both Firefox and Safari. At least today replies are possible!

   4Shared certainly isn’t user friendly, is it? It asked me what application (Google, Facebook, etc) I wanted to download through and then it said it would store my “information” with them. I didn’t download! I really don’t need to download, but thought you’d want to know when there are glitches.

     I won’t be using it-Box will work tomorrow as it is a new month! My bandwidth was at the limit.
