… from Desire, my most listened Dylan album 🙂
Reminded me to listen to Baez’ Oh, Brother afterwards.
Recently I got a large book with Dylan paintings. Well, his songwriting is definitely better than his painting, but it’s interesting to look at the paintings and read some background stories. It’s the catalogue of “The Brazil Series” exhibition 2010 in Copenhagen. The pictures show everyday life in Brazil like a snapshot with the possibility of a story. Not so very different from his songwriting style.
Our weather is quite nice today, we’ve only had about 10 minutes of rain. Guess who was rain-drenched.

Birgit,
I’m always happy when my music fits someone perfectly.
Now you have me curious about his paintings. That will be a hunt for later. The background stories would totally interest me.
It is a humid day-the first in weeks. I, of course, am a sweat ball as I get ready for movie night. I take back breaks in between doing a dish or putting stuff outside. Now I’m headed to the cellar to get my tiny crock pot for the cheese dish. It’s moving right along!
