Homegrown Tomatoes: Guy Clark

Every summer about this time I play this song. The other day I saw tomatoes on the table in front of the house where I stop to buy vegetables. Paying is on the honor system, and I was more than happy to pay for my homegrown tomatoes. This is from 1983’s Better Days.

    Every time I hear this ( & I love it) I think of Greg Brown’s “Canned Goods” from his album “The Live One”…Thanks

      You are most welcome! I really like Greg Brown, and I have played Canned Goods but not in a long while. I think it has been a while since I even posted a Greg. I’ll have to remedy that.
