    But it was a fine day here with 4 of the grandkids, parents, wife, good food and fine weather. Wonderful to have these five kids and 9 grands, but I still miss my Dad – not just on father’s day, either.

      John Prine does a great job with the Goodman song. His voice is perfect for it. I am a huge Prine fan! Thanks!!

      I’m glad you had such a wonderful Father’s Day.

      I miss my father all the time as well. We, he, my mom and I, traveled together to Europe several times when I was an adult. It was always such fun. We played endless games of cribbage and Hi-Lo Jack. I loved it when he made breakfast for me on Sunday mornings.

      You have chosen so well with John Prine and Kate Rusby, another favorite of mine. This is a new song to me, and his voice is just so lovely. Thanks you, Mark!
