Some Other Spring

This artist isn’t listed because of past problems: think Blogger and the disappearing act for violations. I will give you a hint: what do Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th and Easter have in common?

Thanks! The file name contains the artist’s name and it appears on the visible/searchable feed page. Please alter the file name. I would miss KTCC.

      Thanks, Birgit

The only reason I didn’t do that was when the song-bots look they are looking for the name which they won’t find. I don’t think they look for a file then follow the link, but just in case I did remove her name.

I haven’t yet been nailed on WordPress.

I did go and change the entry at Box so you know whose name disappeared, but I can use all the help I can get!!

?, Kat, the name appears still on the feed page.

        Birgit,
What feed page. I went to the actual posting and changed the name there, but I don’t know where the feeder page is.

        the rss page
        https://keepthecoffeecoming.wordpress.com/feed/
Depending on your browser settings it may not open as text page. Search machines can browse these pages too.

        Birgit,
I didn’t have an RSS feeder installed. I do now, but I have no idea how to edit the entry.

The rss feed is provided by wordpress and I haven’t worked with wordpress yet. Any wordpress experts around?
Must be in the media settings, you probably don’t have to change the feed settings.
        I just checked http://en.support.wordpress.com
…/audio : “How can I edit the names of the songs?
You can edit the names of your songs in your Media Library.”
…/media : “If you click on the Edit link, the Edit Media page will load, allowing you to change the default Title, Alternate Text, Caption, and Attachment Page Content. Remember to click the Update button after making any changes.”
Perhaps this helps? I’m not sure.

    Birgit,
I think it worked perfectly. I was able to edit the source of the song: Billie Holiday’s Greatest Hits.

Thanks for finding out how to do it. That was easy to do.

I can’t see any change. Sorry, no idea why. What about the name in your comment? Good night.

        Birgit,
I went back and found another spot where her name is mentioned. This time I think I have it all. Thanks for hanging in there with me!

        I hope you sleep well!
