    Awwww shucks! Thanks, Kat. I think this may be the first time I’ve listened to this tune this year and it really holds up, doesn’t it? Suddenly I’m back in high school listening to the AM radio while wrapping presents! I like this original version so much better than this alternate version that surfaced many years later:

      I hadn’t heard the alternate version until this posting, and I can’t imagine why they decided to mess with the original-it is so, so much better.
