But if the vehicle sketch is of a passenger vehicle, and thus a “charblanc”, it would indicate a ‘char lot’.

I haven’t ever heard of charblanc: white I assumed blanc meant white, char is unknown to me in connection with it. I guessed car or vehicle in the context of char lot white car?
