        I tore all the muscles and tendons in my left shoulder and shoulder blade seven weeks ago and was afraid I’d need surgery. It’s still a possibility.
        Worst, the MRI revealed damage to my Aorta and a clot in my right coronary artery from the bruising. At my age it’s very difficult to heal completely.

        I think you and I are around the same age so I know exactly what you’re talking about, but you surely did a job on yourself. The tears would be enough without adding everything else.

        I hope you don’t have to have surgery!
