Wow ! Love you Kat (ok, a lot of caffeine) , JOE BROWN and not only that, early skiffle style Joe Brown before “a picture of you”, became a big hit.
He toured as Joe Brown and the Bruvvers, still tours, was a close friend of George Harrison. Maybe his greatest moment was on Concert for George when he sang “here comes the sun” accompanied only by the ukulele.
Super Duper pick COYS

My Dear Hedley,
You came to mind immediately when I previewed this song. Not only that, I liked it!
This is the first time I’ve ever heard a song of his, but I’d be looking for skiffle style as I am a fan of the music. I never heard of “a Picture of you.”

Such a great pick. Joe was early and never really worked out where he should be once the Beatles rolled.
Thanks Kat, a very interesting selection
