Times have changed. This photo was from the time when people listened on the radio or watched, Guy Lombaro and his Royal Canadians playing Auld Lang Syne at midnight from the Empire Room of the Waldorf Hotel on TV.
Tonight most people will be watching Rocking New Year’s Eve from Times Square. Dick Clarke will be missed. RIP America’s oldest teenager.

I played Guy and the Boys because I associate their music the most with New Year’s Eve, Yes, Dick will be missed.
