My Young Man: Esmé Patterson and Nathaniel Rateliff
I get lots of e-mail offering me songs or whole albums. Most times I delete the messages as I don’t care for the music. It seems as if the sender never really looked at Coffee and the sort of music I post. The e-mail about Esmé Patterson’s music was the exception. The sender did her homework.
I really like Esmé’s voice, this song and the whole album which is called All Princes, I and was released earlier this week.

Birgit,
I thought all of that when I first heard her and was drawn to her voice immediately.

Someone indeed DID do their homework. It just screams Kat. And it’s very, very good. Did some investigation and you can stream the entire album here: http://www.americansongwriter.com/2012/11/full-album-stream-esme-patterson-all-princes-i/
PS: Birgit, is that you posting Nina Hagen at Any Major Dude?
