Sorry for the delay in posting this music, but the internet and phone modem went on a short vacation.

Sorry to hear about your phone modem heading south for a visit, that happens more often than we think it should. We must be spoiled.

Kat, here in the PI, lousy service seems to be a way of life, not matter what the service. Which is NOT true of course. People seem to really enjoy serving each other and they really do a very good job of it. The only problems occur, of course, is when companies begin to think more about their bottom line than the service they provide, sometimes forgetting who keeps them in business.

But I guess that’s the case just about everywhere anymore. And maybe that’s a good thing. I don’t know.

      Carl,
I loved what the company told me. First it was the whole area, but I called my neighbors, and their phone worked as did their internet. I called Comcast back and asked about how wide spread it was if my neighbors had theirs. They said mine would be back by noon. I told her it was already 12:15. Her response was that99.5% of the people had theirs back, and I was certainly next.

Neither of them had any idea what in the heck was really happening. I read a book!

What book? Don’t you love being the .5 percent?

      Lori,
I read and finished the new Michael Palmer, A Heartbeat Away. It was a good read, typical Michale Palmer.
I always wanted to be part of a 1/2 %.
