Thanks, Herb
I remember this song from the soundtrack of some movie. I thought it lovely and haven’t heard it in a while-it’s a wonderful pleasure to hear it again.
I haven’t ever seen this video. It’s a great tribute.
Buzz,
Vincent Price scared me to death when I was young. I was watching the Wax Museum when the heroine hit Vincent on the face and his wax mask fell off to reveal the horribly burned face. I ran to my parents room where they were watching the same movie. “Scared? my dad asked. “Nope,” was my face saving response.

A favorite of course. I loved the OZ series, although I haven’t read them all– the older books with the wonderful pictures.

Lori,
I read several of the series but didn’t like some of the later ones.

Vincent Price covered this as the closing theme for DR. PHIBES RISES AGAIN.
No, I am not making this up.

buzz,
I believe you but find it fantasical-maybe it was their being so opposite.

You’re probably right — the movie ends w/Phibes poling his dead wife on a barge down the River Styx…
