A completely new song to me and I so appreciate your introducing it to me. I love “summer” songs (NKC’s ‘That Sunday That Summer’ is one of my all-time favorites). This isn’t quite on that level, but it sure is good and all that brass really makes it swelter. Hope you’re able to spend the afternoon on the deck. When’s the first summer movie night?

I love the lazy opening of this song-it says summer for me. It is my pleasure to introduce you to a new song as you have done the same for me so many times you’re way ahead.
I just got back from the dump. The roads are filled with cars, and I had to wait a couple of light cycles just to get to the dump road.
Three times already I’ve cleaned the deck chair and table of pollen so I can put down my book and drink. That’s the only thing keeping me off the deck.
I figure in a couple of weeks we’ll start movie nights every Saturday. I’m starting with a festival of movies made in Boston and figure Boston cream pie for one of the desserts. My sister and brother-in-law are coming for a few days the last week in June. Rod has asked to take an outside shower and watch a movie on the deck. I will definitely oblige him.
