    I was lucky to see Iris Dement live here in Scotland about 15 years ago. A beautiful voice always worth hearing.

      I am always envious of people who have seen my favorites in concert. She is definitely a beautiful voive, and I’d love to hear her in person.

        She was in our area on April 2. We missed her ’cause we’d gotten tickets to Michael Perry 10 minutes before I found Iris’ tour schedule. John Prine’s in the area later this Spring/Summer and Iris is doing opening act/duet partner. Maybe Johnnie will ad a show close to us.

        Our May schedule includes Todd Snider coming up on the 6th of May, Tom Rush on the 8th, and Leela & Ellie Grace on the 19th.

        I love live music!

    John,
    I love live music too, but there are few venues here, a couple of fine folk ones and the Melody Tent in the summer, but I’m not one to want to travel hours for a concert. In my youth I did and made it to Tanglewood when PP&M had their first reunion tour.
