Lots of grass visible, probably a partially flooded football field. Proper outdoor rinks must be flooded hourly at night. preferably with a breeze to blow the spray onto to the ice-making technician.
Cheers

Minicapt,
That was similar to where we skated-on a frozen part of the field. They’d put up a fence and a small building with benches and a pot-bellied stove in the middle. They just hosed it down at night.
