This song is from the album Encore released in 1961. It was a number 7 Country Singles hit.

This has been an awfully fatal week. Two people I was close to died over the weekend, then on Monday we lost John Barry, the composer of the James Bond soundtracks (and a great jazz band leader before he found his much more profitable gig scoring movies).

      Buzz,
I’m sorry about the deaths of your friends, and I did read about John Barry. I fear it comes down to the fact we are no longer young. Last night my nephew and I went out to dinner and trivia night together. He is 29. I don’t remember the conversation that prompted him to say, “You’re getting up there in age,”but it startled me that he is right.
