Thomas Carlyle quote

Oblivious to the vigorous examination of fashion plates behind him, Joey concentrated on the words to “Blood Upon The Risers”.

Minicapt,
It seems young Joey is missing a wonderful opportunity.

Not at all! The details of the song are truly splendid for a young boy, and useful in making girls run away screaming.
“There was blood upon the risers, there was gore upon his chute,
Intestines were a-danglin’ from his Paratrooper’s suit.
He was a mess, they picked him up, and poured him from his boots.
And he ain’t gonna jump no more.”
Cheers

Minicapt,
I stand corrected. That is indeed the perfect young boy’s song with which to taunt young girls.
