Hi,
not had much time for blog-surfing recently, but I’ve just spent a happy time listening to a few of the Christmas tunes you’ve posted – fantastic!! I too love a good seasonal song. Anyway, if I don’t appear here again before the Big Day, here’s hoping you have a great Christmas …

Hi Brian,
Thanks for dropping by to visit. I’m glad you enjoyed the music. I like playing the lesser known songs as it’s fun to hear new music.
Wishing you all the best and a Merry Christmas!

Lori,
It must be all your well wishes. This is day 2 without the walker though I do have aching spots. I figure I can get through those!

Hi Kat
Happy Holidays!
This song, this cover, by the CMT lead me to Tom Paxton, and off into the wonderful world of ‘folk’ music, white male singer songwriter variety. I still like to hear it. It makes me think of listening in the living room, to my parents’ five foot long console stereo. At this time of year the ‘album well’ at the left side of the console held boxed sets of Xmas lp’s…

The first cover I ever heard was by PP&M, and they led me to Tom. I think I played his version a long while back on the other Coffee.
I have a few huge bins of Christmas music. I can’t get enough!!
