Hmmm. Very odd that this doesn’t seem to have 7 digits. Maybe it is so far back that the direct dial didn’t apply. For instance, my aunt’s number in my home town went from 4 to 5 to 7 digits in my own memory. I don’t recall 6 digits. Any comments?
Rick,
I remember the first two were letters then a universal digit then the 4 numbers. When I was a kid, our number started with ST 6 as did everyone else’s in town. I don’t remember 6.
