      Michal,
You are most welcome. I am always happy when I play a song which someone enjoys.

  3. For what it’s worth, the Tucson, AZ band Calexico did a version of this on their 2001 rarities LP Areocalexico.

      Thanks, steven

I haven’t ever heard of them, but I did go to their MySpace site and listened a bit to their music. I would have loved to hear them do Pretty Little Horses. I find it an interesting choice.

You’ll laugh to hear where I first heard this song. It was when I was living in Japan and it was used as the background theme for a drama called Friday’s Wives who were always having difficult situations in their lives. When this music started you just knew that they were going to be facing another challenge with their kids or husbands. Somehow I never heard it before, so when I hear it now I think of being in Japan twenty years ago.

      Sara,
Music does that so well. We hear a song from an important time or place in our past, and we are right back there in a heartbeat.

Hello! I’ve always been curious about the Big Three, but this is the first time I’ve heard one of their songs. Thanks for this share. Cass sounds great, and the backing harmonies are just so haunting and beautiful.

      You’re most welcome, Tony

It was from one of my Coffee friends I first heard of them. I found a song or two then bought the whole album. I wasn’t disappointed.
