It was a quiet day at the London School of Economics in the late 70s. As usual I was wandering aimlessly around and saw there would be a lunch time concert in the “Old Theatre”, a very small lecture hall.
I wandered in to join a huge crowd of 5 people to watch a band called the Tourists perform some quasi B52 thingy. I stayed for a bit
The Tourists were very short lived but two of their members were not Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox who went on to become The Eurythmics..
So there you go Kat, The Eurythmics are band a never saw….or did i ?

MDH,
I’m on the side of never saw, but then again, I could be wrong.
I find the circumstances unique, that of you stumbling or wandering with the crowd. It is a neat way to happen on music.
