Halleluia!

This entry came from my computer. The Apple hospital saved it. I have a new screen, a whole new top case with a new keyboard and a new battery. I am so excited that all the letters work. They also performed an adjustment/realignment. I am so very happy!!!

    Congratulations! How much did it set you back?Or, did they do all that work on the extended warranty? Christmas came early for you.

      I paid $125.00 to the guy who who send it to Apple. He backed up everything then reloaded it all. I didn’t pay a cent to Apple with the extended warranty. I was so excited to find out I had taken that warranty.

      The keyboard issue isn’t just my Mac. It seems it is a general issue, and Apple will replace errant keyboards at no cost.
