Gor blimey, ‘allo Mrs Brown how’s your Burt’s Lumbago – Musn’t grumble – A diddley bom
In my first job down the Bank of England as a clerk, I worked with a couple of girls who grew up with (Little) Stevie Marriott and had great stories of beating him up and going to Ready Steady Go to see the Small Faces
Great pic Kat – would have cheered me up yesterday after seeing the awful Detroit
My Dear Hedley,
Detroit got great reviews so I’m surprised to see you call it awful. I think proximity gives us the right to be critical. What especially din’t you like about it?
It must have been fun for those girls to have growing up stories about Stevie Marriott though I’m not so sure beating him up is a great story.
