I had no idea what the source of that picture was.
I found the whole article intriguing. I didn’t know a thing about this shark attack. I wonder what set off the shark.
Stanley Fisher was being such a hero going for Stillwell’s body. That second attack might have been the shark attracted to the blood.
I’d enjoy that trolley ride!

I have heard the this is my rifle in movies about boot camp. It is poignant here, a strong memory.
I have seen many of the pictures before but more of them are new to me. And they brought back the time to me, the war on the evening news. I remember sitting in a bar with many of my guy friends when they were choosing the order for the draft.
The death of his friend was just so sad, but I know the pain for many never left. I am glad that Vietnam vets are finally getting thanks and consideration.
